Job Summary:
Alluvionic is looking for a dynamic project manager with excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills to support a variety of internal and external-facing initiatives. This hybrid role is ideal for a motivated candidate looking to grow in project ownership and cross-functional coordination—while supporting marketing execution, client project delivery, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Client-Facing Project Management (Professional Services)
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of customer-facing commercial projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality expectations are met.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned commercial clients—managing relationships, expectations, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate internal team members and external partners to deliver integrated solutions with minimal risk and timely issue resolution.
- Champion continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing process enhancements for future engagements.
- Provide project support for commercial BU operations and documentation.
- Oversee internal marketing project timelines and deliverables, working in coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Support campaign execution, branding initiatives, content planning, and collateral development tracking.
- Ensure marketing deliverables are integrated into the broader company objectives and initiatives.
- Maintain visibility across marketing workflows and manage the Smartsheet program and task dependencies.
- Manage and improve client onboarding and offboarding workflows; including task assignments, scheduling, and documentation.
- Coordinate administrative needs for internal cross-functional initiatives (e.g., template library, system updates, or internal rollouts).
- Serve as the operational PM for internal special projects as assigned by leadership.
- Ensure project documentation is organized and shared; maintain dashboards and reports (via Smartsheet).

- Strong customer service mindset and confident communicator (written and verbal).
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Smartsheet (required); familiarity with project collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and CRMs a plus.
- Comfortable interacting with clients, executives, and technical teams alike.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management.
- Exposure to both marketing and client service project workflows is highly preferred.
- Comfortable with structured PM practices but flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with B2B services and government services or frameworks like ISO, CMMC, or CMMI.
